Guidelines for Posting
Dear participants,
Some guidelines to keep in mind while posting include the following:
- be respectful, one of the storywork principles Jo-ann Archibald mentions on page 2 of Indigenous Storywork
- be mindful as a writer and reader that online posts can be challenging to understand due to the lack of visual and verbal tone cues, so seek and offer clarification if needed in the spirit of open-minded dialogue and mutual learning
- when you are engaging with a particular passage from the text, it is helpful to include a page number so that others can join in the discussion
- signing your post with your preferred name can help others to respond and keep us mindful of the personhood behind each posting
More contributions to these guidelines would be very welcome!
Looking forward to learning together with you all!
